Is streaming radio count as a download from ISPs?

My ISP (Canadian) just started implementing a download cap and I’m not sure if streaming videos or radio would add to my download quota.

"Download" means the transfer a copy of the data from another computer onto your computer.
That’s ANY kind of data that goes through your ISP connection to you computer.
That includes not only specific archived files, but web sites, images, network communications, email, chats, and any kind of streaming data.
It’s all data.

It sure does, i reached my download limit when all i was doing was hitting the internet hasrd, no downloading, when i got the emil i was like OGM, download appalys to any sort of data moving form outisde your network into your network, whether its a web page of a music file, It’s really best to get unlimited download if you can afford it, no over spetpping your download limit worries, my ISP, BT said that we had to pay £1 for every gig we over used, so we went up to unlimited.
