How can I create an internet radio station?

I want to make an internet radio station, where someone can click a link and have a live feed of my radio station (when on). This station must allow me to play music AND have a bit of a talk show side to it, allowing me to have multiple speakers. Whats the best way to do this?

Please no listen2myradio crap, I need something good. Something that is LIVE aswell.

Don’t forget the music royalty fees are very high. Live365.com is a good choice

I use RadioDJ. It is a software that will work with SHOUTCast (Online Broadcasting). You will first need to go to http://www.shoutcast.com/download to download Winamp and the SHOUTCast DSP Plug-in. Then take a trip over to http://www.radiodj.ro/tutorials/tutorial_1_installing_mysql_and_radiodj.html to learn how to install MySQL and RadioDJ. You can also get to the download page from that link. Once you have everything setup, go to myradiostream.com and register for an account. This will allow you to stream to their server.

The process sounds complicated, but is very simple and the software is great. I am currently streaming at http://www.CHRRadio.tk. Before you go broadcasting, make sure you have a license to play music. If you are broadcasting in a high school for a class, you do not need a license.
