How do I create an Internet Radio and What do I need?

I don’t want to use something like live365, shoutcast, or anything else. I want to create a professional internet radio website. Do I need a web hosting, and what software do I need?

    For internet radio you probably need web hosting, not sure about other software. I think you should try host nine. please use referral link:
