You should try liteRecorder. This records streaming radio or audio from any streaming videos like YouTube. I’ve tried several programs, and I think you should try at least 3-4 and pick the one you like.

Does anyone know of any sites that have live radio coverage of AFL football matches that I can access in China? Any help would be appreciated.
I believe AFL.com.au has the live radio coverage.
Click on game you want in the bar at the top of the page, and a window should pop up, and when it loads, you can click on the radio station you want.
It applies for all countries.
the radio station i want to record has a website so you can listen over the internet. is there a way that i can record it to an mp3 format of some sort?
Of course. Try Freecorder.com or Audacity

Hi, I live in England and love listening to Radio Disney. I listen to it on iTunes but the bit rate is 64 kbps. Is this slow and pretty much as live as it can get. I was wondering because local radios are all 128 or 192 kbps whereas I know Disney streams from America. Thanks.
go to the radio disney website and click listen live

would really liket o get talk sport and radio five live but cannot get them at all. can you help?
yes introduction of digital is gradual in different parts of the country, Some not available for a year or more. I am sure there is a local advice centre about this , Consult a local radio TV shop .
i was wondering if i could get an mp3 file that streams live radio of course you need internet but if i can get an mp3 that streams live radio how would i get it?
An .mp3 is a file, and cannot stream anything. You could however get a program that could stream live radio, or even stream live by using an internet application. If there is a specific station you want to listen to, the radio station’s website probably has a way to listen to their broadcasts.
